We currently ship only to Europe, UK, UAE and USA.

1. Processing Times
Order processing times will be published here once confirmed. Typically, orders are processed within 10 work days.

2. Shipping Providers
We ship with Omniva.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Typically delivery takes 3-10 business days.

4. Customs & VAT
All EU VAT is included in the purchase price. Buyers outside the EU may be responsible for any applicable import duties.

5. Delays or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier but will assist in resolving issues.
